Private 1-on-1 Coaching
Personalized strength and performance training tailored to your goals — including mobility work, functional strength, speed development, conditioning, and corrective movement patterns. Every session is deliberate, structured, and rooted in long-term development.
Small Group Training (2–4 People)
Train alongside a partner or small group in a fully private gym setting. Group sessions deliver structured programming with shared accountability, giving you a more affordable option while maintaining the clean, premium Wildshore experience.
Golf + Fitness Performance Programs

Meet Your Coach
Fitness coaching at Wildshore is led by Kevin Christie, a TPI-Certified (Titleist Performance Institute) instructor specializing in golf performance and functional strength training.
TPI certification is the gold standard for understanding how the body influences the golf swing. With TPI screening, mobility testing, and movement analysis, Kevin identifies physical limitations that affect your swing mechanics — then builds a plan to improve strength, rotation, stability, and long-term performance.
Kevin blends TPI methodology with functional strength training to help golfers increase speed, improve mobility, reduce pain, and build a body capable of playing the game for decades.
Coaching is hands-on, intentional, and rooted in helping you move and perform at your best.
